Please check in at the registration desk at Entrance Hall on the first floor of Fukuoka International Congress Center and receive a Registration Card (name badge). Please wear your name badge inside the venue.
Participation Certificate will be issued at the Registration Desk upon check in.
If you need receipt for the registration, you can download it on your account page until May 31, 2023 noon. *Receipt issuance period has ended.

Temporary measures are currently being applied to those who are entering Japan from China.
After January 12th, 2023, all those who are entering Japan via a direct flight from China (including Macau, excluding Hong Kong) are required to obtain a certificate of Pre-departure Test.

ALL entrants (including people from visa wavier countries/regions) are required to upload either a pre-departure COVID-19 test result or a valid vaccine certificate through the Visit Japan Web. For more information, please refer to "Japanese Border Measures" on the website of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
The visa exemption arrangements have been resumed for 68 countries/regions.
The following Countries or Regions require a visa to enter Japan:
China, Russia, CIS Countries, Georgia, Philippines, Viet Nam, and Other Nationalities.
