- This English Abstract Submission System is exclusively for applicants who wish to deliver presentation in English at “International Concurrent Workshop”.
If you wish to present in Japanese, please apply for “Workshop” or “Poster Session” from Japanese Submission page.
- If you are JCR member or Japanese living abroad, please use the Japanese system.

Japanese Abstract Submission Page
- Abstracts applied for “International Concurrent Workshop” may be allocated to “English Poster Session” or rejected according to the result of abstract review.

- Applicants cannot submit the same abstract to both English and Japanese Submission Systems.
(i.e. it can be submitted ONLY through either English or Japanese system)
- Applicants through English System are ONLY required to deliver a presentation in English at "International Concurrent Workshop" (or English Poster); there will be no additional presentation of the same abstract in Japanese sessions (e.g. "Workshop" and "Poster Session").
- This event will be held only in person in Fukuoka City.
We are planning to accommodate the educational sessions online, on demand, and scale back the poster sessions at the venue, while adding workshops.

Eligibility for Submission
Non-Japanese Citizen who resides outside of Japan
Non-Japanese Citizen who resides in Japan
- First authors of abstracts MUST be a JCR member.
- Non-JCR members can submit abstracts, but must become a JCR member before submission deadline (i.e. Monday, October 31, 2022).

- If first author remains as non-JCR member after submission deadline, the abstract is subject to retraction.
- There is no age limit for abstract submission.
Non-Japanese Citizen who is a JCR member
- Please send your number of JCR member to the secretariat after abstract submission.
- There is no age limit for abstract submission.
How to Submit
- All abstracts must be submitted through Online Abstract Submission System. Abstracts submitted by postal mail, fax or email will not be accepted.
- No submission or modification of abstract is possible after submission period (i.e. October 31 (Mon) 2022, 12:00 JST).

Abstract Requirements
- Abstracts must be of original work and may be acceptable if containing some additional information to those presented or published anywhere prior to JCR2023.
- Abstracts for "International Concurrent Workshop" must be written in English.
- Please describe drugs with general name instead of drug name.
- All accepted abstracts to JCR2023 will be published in "JCR2023 Abstract Book", "Mobile App for JCR2023 Abstracts" and "Modern Rheumatology (Supplement)".
- Applicants cannot submit the same abstract to both English and Japanese Submission Systems.
(i.e. it can be submitted ONLY through either English or Japanese system)
- Abstracts may be rejected as the result of abstract review for reasons such as: contents not well organized (e.g. Section paragraphs [Object, Methods, Results, and Conclusions] are not specified), contents seen to be not suitable for presentation in JCR2023, and so on.

First author of an abstract for JCR annual meeting must declare any financial or personal relationships that may pose conflicts of interest upon acceptance for presentation at annual meeting.

Confirmation of Submission
- You need to enter all the required fields in order to submit an abstract.
- Upon successful submission, a Submission ID will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact JCR2023 Congress Secretariat.
- You can review and modify your abstract anytime during submission period.
- Congress Secretariat will not proofread abstracts. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors, as abstracts will be duplicated in “JCR2023 Abstract Book”, “Mobile App for JCR2023 Abstracts” and “Modern Rheumatology (Supplement)” exactly as registered in the submission system.
Result of Abstract Review
The result of abstract review will be announced around middle of January to your registered email address as well as on JCR2023 website.
